Job summary

Amazon Nashville is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager with a Network Capacity Background to own initiatives that optimize the flow of goods and information within our supply chain network. You will lead capacity planning, logistics optimization, and network design, driving efficiency and scalable automation.

You will collaborate with Business, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to identify improvements, define metrics, and deliver high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and SQL skills.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity.
• Optimize flow of goods, information, and services across the supply chain.
• Balance supply and demand; assess distribution networks and logistics.
