Required are ten years in program or business management, DoD experience, and a Secret clearance with US citizenship. On-site at Washington Navy Yard, compensation range $130k–$145k.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated DoD program management experience and technical/business management
• Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel and supervisory roles
• Experience drafting, coordinating, and presenting papers and briefings at Flag Officer/SES level

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager and SUPSHIP
• Develop long‑term goals and execution plans; provide briefs, materials, and critical issue papers
• Prepare metrics, policy guidelines, and standard procedures for NAVSEA guidance
• Align communications with themes from Navy leadership and NAVSEA guidance
• Coordinate strategic goals, monitor execution, and advise on organizational planning
• Develop training materials for career and leadership development; lead recurring courses for supervisory and non‑supervisory staff
