• Valid NYS Accident and Health License within six months of employment.
• Five or more years of sales or related experience.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities including retention, prospecting, and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal contacts.
• Understand client goals and offer solutions to meet needs and satisfaction.
• Oversee client solutions, operations, and member impacts; coordinate resolutions.
• Partner with Account Service Consultants to deliver high-quality client service.
• Prepare key account summaries outlining needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay updated on industry developments.
• Maintain privacy and integrity per company policies.
