Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of asset management, wealth management, sales support, or related financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, content management, analytics, and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex deliverables, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into business insights.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and solve problems.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 40% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Support National Account Managers in managing home office relationships and onboarding.
• Track platform distribution initiatives, product availability, and shelf-space opportunities.
• Prepare client-facing materials, including presentations, due diligence, RFPs, and activity reports.
• Analyze sales and asset flow data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate client meetings, conferences, and roadshows with home office stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of client commitments.
• Support business reviews, territory assessments, and strategic projects for platform growth.
