Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a National Accounts Analyst to support strategic home office relationships, platform distribution initiatives, and analytics across major intermediary channels. You will help deliver insights, support business development, and drive distribution success in a fast-paced asset management environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, with a hybrid work pattern and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services with interest in asset management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; strong data management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Salesforce familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, asset flow, platform activity, and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, territory reviews, and performance analytics for stakeholders.
• Develop client-ready materials including presentations, reviews, and platform updates.
• Support due diligence by coordinating requests, gathering data, and maintaining records.
• Maintain CRM records, platform data, pipelines, and client interactions with accuracy.
