Ontinue is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to grow strategic customer relationships and drive retention and expansion across its MXDR and advisory offerings. Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic customer accounts, serving as primary contact across technical, security, and executive stakeholders.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer objectives and Ontinue's growth strategy.
Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across MXDR, advisory, and services.
Lead executive reviews, demonstrate business and security value, and identify opportunities for expanded engagement.
