Job summary

D&G Solutions is seeking a Military Munitions Mission Planner to provide operational planning and mission management support for the movement of military munitions. You will integrate munitions requirements with transportation capacity, routing, and regulatory constraints to develop executable movement plans for Joint Force readiness.

The role requires experience in military logistics, planning across multiple organizations, and strong analytical and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, operations research, business, engineering, military science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end military munitions movement plans.
• Translate munitions requirements into executable transportation missions.
• Develop courses of action for routine, surge, crisis, and contested logistics scenarios.
• Identify transportation capacity, infrastructure, routing, staging, transload, port, airfield, and storage requirements.
• Conduct mission analysis to identify constraints, risks, dependencies, and potential failure points.
• Coordinate changes to mission plans as requirements or priorities change.
• Support deliberate and crisis-action planning for munitions distribution.
• Facilitate synchronization between munitions requirements and available resources.
• Identify and resolve organizational and operational seams delaying movement.
• Track corrective actions through completion and assess effectiveness.
