Job summary

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an experienced Dealership Controller for a growing multi-store automotive group. This strategic, business-partner role focuses on growth, financial health, and collaboration with General Managers and store leadership.

You will manage the close process across all locations, lead budgeting and forecasting, ensure internal controls, and coach an accounting assistant to support day-to-day operations while driving long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dealership controller or senior automotive finance leader across multiple stores.
• Ability to partner with General Managers and store leadership.
• Strong strategic mindset with accountability for financial integrity and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all locations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with growth in mind.
• Ensure internal controls, tax obligations, and manufacturer reporting requirements.
• Develop and coach the accounting function to scale with the organization.
