Job summary

Kelvion Inc. in Oklahoma seeks an experienced MRO Supervisor to lead sourcing and purchasing of maintenance, repair and operations supplies. You will develop a supplier base that delivers best value, high quality, and lowest total cost, supporting Kelvion’s competitiveness and supplier excellence.

You will drive cost savings, manage monthly procurement metrics, qualify suppliers with Quality, and ensure accurate POs while using the MRP system. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA in Supply Chain Management or related field, or 5+ years in cost-reduction roles.
• Must successfully pass a MVR.

Responsibilities

• MRO sourcing/purchasing to meet cost-saving targets for Kelvion Inc.
• Monthly procurement metrics reporting.
• Supplier qualifications and evaluations with Quality.
• Ensure invoiced costs align with contracts and POs.
• Prepare POs and maintain records in the MRP system.
• Travel up to 50% and possibly international.
