Job summary

Responsibilities

• Procure non-inventory items, MRO, capital equipment, maintenance and service contracts.
• Provide sources of supplies for employees and determine needs.
• Review inventory levels and adjust safety stocks and min/max levels.
• Issue bids/quotations and ensure competitive quoting processes.
• Coordinate returns and repairs; liaise with vendors and production on faulty supplies.
• Track costs and perform spend analyses; support policy development.
