Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a DOD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Five years of Army strategy related experience and knowledge including senior DoD/Army strategic processes.
• Experience developing, coordinating and reviewing national, DoD, and Army strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advisory data and reporting for Government decision-makers on ARNG Global Force Management and readiness strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefs, and guidance documents for strategic directives.
• Support large-scale mobilization forums and planning meetings, both virtual and on-site.
• Lead and participate in governance forums to ensure alignment with Army strategy.
• Manage, review, and provide feedback on Installation Deployment Plans and Unit Movement Plans.
• Synthesize readiness data and produce briefing materials for Contingency Response Force engagements.
• Provide SME-level data analysis for external studies and strategic assessments.
• Oversee mobilization event projects from planning to execution.
• Address RFIs from states and enterprise partners with tracked resolution metrics.
• Ensure contractor plans align with National Defense and mobilization guidance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Joint and Army strategic doctrine.
