Job summary

CACI seeks a Mission Enabling & Training Lead to synchronize operational platforms, training, and secure facilities across the Indo‑Pacific. The role serves as a senior advisor to Government leadership, guiding mission enablement and integration of new technologies to enhance readiness and decision support.

You will direct planning and execution of mission enabling activities, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with theater priorities.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and significant operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading knowledge management, collaboration, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience supporting secure operational environments and sensitive mission activities.
• Demonstrated ability to brief and advise senior Government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CACI's senior Mission Enabling and Training Lead supporting SOCPAC mission requirements.
• Advise Government leadership on mission enabling strategies, operational readiness, and capability integration.
• Direct planning, execution, and synchronization of Task 4 mission enabling activities.
• Coordinate training support services enabling SOCPAC, Service Components, and mission partners.
• Oversee enterprise knowledge management services and dashboards for decision support.
