Twin City Fan & Blower is seeking a Commodity Manager to oversee metal sourcing strategies for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum across multiple manufacturing locations. You will own supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and drive cost efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in metal purchasing, strong market knowledge, and experience with ERP systems. This role is based in Minnesota and offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of purchasing or supplier management experience.
• Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Strong knowledge of domestic metal markets and suppliers.
• Proficiency with Excel and total-cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead metal supplier negotiations and establish pricing and terms.
• Develop and manage metal category strategy across locations.
• Monitor market indicators and advise on sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate supplier transitions to protect production continuity.
• Partner with Planning, Engineering, and Quality on supplier qualification.
