Nordson MEDICAL is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead product planning, roadmap, and portfolio management across interventional and surgical solutions. You will partner with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets are met.

You will own pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and regional launches, leveraging market data and clinical insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or business.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years in the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated success in product management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead full product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Marketing.
• Create go-to-market and regional launch plans with Sales and distribution partners.
• Own pricing strategy and revenue forecasts; analyze market data.
