Job summary

Arizona Daily Sun, a Sunrise Media publication, seeks a Multimedia Marketing Consultant to develop new business and manage an assigned client portfolio across Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. You will serve as the primary marketing advisor, blending print, digital, and event offerings to meet client goals.

Expect to grow digital expertise, retain current clients, and drive revenue through integrated campaigns. Local travel and occasional events are involved as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, or a comparable client-facing role, or demonstrated success in a current Red Rock News position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and proposals.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, or demonstrated willingness to learn it.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Experience selling media, advertising, or marketing services.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through calls, visits, referrals, and networking.
• Present written proposals and campaign recommendations to decision-makers.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of active accounts with regular strategy reviews.
• Expand client programs across print, digital, and event products.
• Ensure renewals and promptly address client concerns.
• Explain campaign performance and adjust recommendations based on results.
• Enter orders accurately in the CRM system and coordinate with teams to launch campaigns on schedule.
