Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Planner to manage material planning, analyze demand and inventory trends, and drive cross-functional execution across supply chain and finance.

The role requires a university degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP, Kinaxis, and data analytics tools is a plus, with a focus on inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning, inventory performance, and risks to meet targets
• Analyze demand, supply, and inventory trends; develop actionable recommendations
• Establish planning parameters: MRP types, MOQs, lot sizes, planning strategies
• Support SIOP, inventory forecasting, PIR management, scenario planning
• Develop and maintain inventory KPIs, PFEP, variance reporting, ABC segmentation
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and cross-functional execution
