Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Materials Planner to manage planning and inventory to support production, new launches, and engineering changes. You will monitor supplier commitments, address shortages, and work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain material flow.

Responsibilities include analyzing BOMs, maintaining ERP data (QAD), supporting launch and production planning, and driving cost-reducing continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in materials planning or follow-up
• Strong knowledge of materials planning and inventory control
• ERP proficiency, especially QAD
• Kanban and lean replenishment experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze production needs
• Knowledge of material flows and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication across levels
• Risk identification and resolution
• Customer-focused with urgency
• Inventory reconciliation skills
