Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Buyer in Austin, TX to manage procurement activities, negotiate terms, and expedite orders. You will work with engineering to keep inventory aligned with production schedules and collaborate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective sourcing.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, proficiency with SAP/SCV/ARIBA, and strong negotiation and analytical abilities. Pay is $25.00–$27.00 per hour.

Formación

• Proficiency in procurement software SAP/SCV/ARIBA.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data analysis, inventory management and procurement processes knowledge.
• Effective communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiates pricing and other terms of purchase under supervision.
• Manages nonstrategic suppliers and expedites material deliveries.
• Quotes materials and procures components, equipment and services at lowest cost while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Follows purchasing processes and issues RFQs, analyzes proposals, and adjusts purchase orders as needed.
• Maintains records, verifies delivery, and processes payments.
