Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Buyer/Planner to manage end-to-end materials planning and purchasing, ensuring reliable supply for production while optimizing inventory. The role collaborates across Operations, Supply Planning, Quality, Finance, and suppliers in a fast-paced CPG environment.

You bring 2–5 years in planning, procurement, or supply chain, with ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE). A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–5 years in planning, purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE) preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP, BOM structures, production processes, and S&OP/IBP environments.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end materials planning and purchasing to ensure reliable supply.
• Collaborate across Operations, Supply Planning, Quality, Finance, and suppliers.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and process/system enhancements.
