Job summary

You will balance supply and demand, monitor inventory and WIP, and drive proactive risk mitigation. Collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and other teams is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimal to intermediate level of experience.
• Export controls/sanctions compliance licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material planning and execution for assigned product families.
• Balance supply and demand to align materials with production and customer demand.
• Monitor supply chain performance including inventory, WIP, capacity and outside processing.
• Drive risk mitigation and recovery plans to minimize production disruptions.
• Enable proactive communication of supply and delivery risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions to adjust material plans and resolve issues.
• Manage supplier schedules and performance to prevent disruptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow, inventory visibility and planning accuracy.
