Job summary

ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC in Marysville, MI is seeking a Master Scheduler to join the Supply Chain team supporting axle drive products for Stellantis. You will develop and maintain the master production schedule and ensure material availability to meet production plans.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role monitors demand, production needs and supplier performance to achieve on-time delivery, optimize inventory and cost, and support 100% customer and supplier delivery

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience.
Tier 1 automotive experience
Familiarity with TS-16949 and ISO-14001
Experience with SAP MRP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Ability to read, analyze, and manipulate large data sets
Knowledge of Tier 1 automotive supplier environments
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Monitor and correct all incoming EDI transactions (e.g., 824, 830, 861, 862, 997).
Maintain SAP customer shipping schedules and supplier agreements.
Publish daily shipment and production schedules to meet demand.
Establish Kanban levels to ensure material availability.
Maintain accurate BOMs and Material Masters for parts.
Support engineering changes to avoid obsolescence.
Coordinate launches of new suppliers/customers/programs.
