Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead end-to-end marketing procurement across Services, Brand, Media, and Digital Marketing Tech. You will partner with Marketing, Legal, and Tech to drive value through RFx processes, contract negotiations, and post‑award administration.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic sourcing for marketing categories, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement focusing on Marketing categories.
• Experience sourcing Marketing categories including services, media, and tech.
• 2 years developing SOWs and MSAs; lead RFx events and negotiate contracts.
• Strong business acumen with analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Professionalism, integrity and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for Marketing categories including services and media.
• Develop and execute RFx processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts including MSAs and licensing.
• Develop statements of work for marketing engagements; align with requirements.
• Manage agency relationships and negotiate price/value with vendors.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to align sourcing with brand and campaigns.
• Support digital marketing technology procurement including SaaS tools.
