Job summary

Indie Consulting, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to partner with leading brands in CPG and beyond. You will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day account management, driving paid, owned, and earned initiatives and building trusted client relationships.

You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, translate business goals into actionable marketing plans, and deliver insights with clear KPIs. A hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC or NYC with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or digital marketing.
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans, content briefs, and measurement frameworks.
• Comfortable leading workstreams with limited oversight and collaborating with creative, media, and data teams.
• Strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills (verbal, visual, and written) with experience presenting ideas and earning buy-in.
• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing tactics, including paid social, CRM, search, digital media, and web strategy.
• High comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workstreams: Own smaller strategy projects or lead specific workstreams within broader engagements.
• Drive Day-to-Day Client Success: Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Build Trust and Strengthen Relationships: Foster productive client partnerships with clear communication.
• Extract Insights & Make Them Actionable: Synthesize data into focused strategic recommendations and define KPIs.
• Operate with Initiative & Accountability: Flag risks and drive work to completion.
