• Strategically minded, collaborative problem solver capable of turning insights into action.
• Demonstrates curiosity and passion for sport, brand and consumer culture, with ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to marketing challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to contribute a point of view and collaborate across disciplines.
• Global mindset and openness to diverse perspectives, with adaptability in new contexts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives aligned to Nike's strategic roadmap.
• Own a clearly scoped project designed to drive impact.
• Collaborate with experienced marketers and cross-functional partners to shape consumer-right marketing plans.
• Take responsibility for defined components of larger initiatives within Worldwide Marketing.
• Partner on elements of holistic seasonal go-to-market plans.
• Support the development and refinement of brand plans.
• Research and synthesize social, cultural, digital, and sport trends to identify insights for future marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with senior team members through working sessions, reviews, and presentations.
• Participate in the Marketing Vanguard Program cohort and engage in leadership-focused programming.
