Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Management Analyst to support NUWCDIVNPT in Keyport, WA. The role involves analytical work across project effectiveness, policy development, and program management, with responsibilities including preparing SOWs, budgets, and performance metrics.

A Secret clearance is required or obtainable, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to provide analysis, metrics and input for financial/program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical work on project/program effectiveness, policy development, project management, information systems, law, and regulatory compliance.
• Support special ad-hoc projects for senior managers.
• Conduct organizational, budgetary and efficiency studies related to cost, schedule and performance.
• Prepare statements of work proposals, metrics, budget exhibits and other program data drills.
• Update or prepare operations and procedures manuals to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• Collect, assemble and communicate project plans and execution with minimal government involvement.
• Perform fiscal year closeout and startup analyses.
• Other related duties as assigned.
