Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public / business administration, business finance or related field.
• At least two years of increasingly responsible experience performing professional administration, design, analysis and development of water resources policies and programs. Public agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex research and analysis; prepare written reports, present recommendations, and present information to audiences.
• Plan and coordinate projects with deadlines, budgets and schedules; develop scope, methodology and quality controls.
• Monitor legislation and regulations for potential impact; consult with agencies and staff on proposals.
• Perform process mapping, identify efficiency opportunities and suggest workflow changes.
• Develop and assess water conservation programs; coordinate with staff and external partners; analyze outcomes.
