You will support the Corporate & Finance practices, coordinate pitches, and collaborate with partners and lawyers to drive growth.

The role involves creating marketing content, coordinating events, and contributing to market intelligence, with core hours Mon–Fri and a base salary range in New York.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of BD, marketing, or proposals in a legal or professional services setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing/communications preferred.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Organize, edit, and format pitches and proposals with lawyers and BD colleagues.
• Prepare background research, client briefings, and competitor analyses for pitches.
• Support lawyers in client development programs and relationship-building events.
• Raise the firm’s profile and cross-sell through submissions and PR activities.
• Develop and measure BD programs; plan events aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage marketing collateral and digital content.
