Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager in Columbus, Ohio to join our Corporate Development team and focus on M&A deal execution. You will lead due diligence, valuation analyses, and pre‑closing integration planning while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with strong financial modeling and a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills with proficiency in analyzing complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence, valuation analysis, and closing processes.
• Develop business cases with detailed marketplace assessment and investment requirements.
• Create detailed financial models and valuations to assess deal impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance, and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and facilitate deal approvals.
• Coordinate integration and separation planning with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in development and implementation of transition services agreements.
