Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Transportation Logistics Associate to build and validate daily load plans, coordinate carrier pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will communicate with internal teams and external carriers to align schedules, explore cost- and service-improvement opportunities, and supervise yard and shuttle operations as part of a collaborative, business-casual environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate (cost, service) daily load plan through EFMS, Topex, or TMS system
• Coordinate appointment acquisition to ensure adherence to customer delivery requirements
• Communicate frequently with internal and external customers to ensure consistency in direction and expectations
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities that improves financial performance and service levels
• Yard and shuttle service supervision.
