Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in logistics management or coordination.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• International shipping experience and AES Direct Filing.
• IATA DGR and DOT HAZMAT Certification or ability to obtain; CLA Certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience using Salesforce; FedEx Ship Manager; proficient with warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of sales orders and purchase orders; strong MS Office skills; Oracle a plus.
• U.S. Person able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; on-site in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversees product logistics, including processing, shipping, and receiving.
• Transports logged products to quality control and prepares packing lists.
• Updates Salesforce with received product details and RMAs.
• Coordinates with third-party freight vendors for deliveries and pickups.
• Maintains inventory and conducts monthly cycle counts.
