Job summary

C.R. England is seeking a Load Planner - Transportation Network Coordinator in West Jefferson, OH. You will be at the center of a fast-paced logistics team, balancing asset utilization, driver scheduling, and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset utilization and drivers to ensure high customer service and fleet profitability.
• Build and match planned freight to trucks and drivers; coordinate training needs for hours and home time.
• Review PTAs and drivers’ requests for time off, schedule same-day or next-day dispatching.
• Coordinate with maintenance on trucks out of service or returning to service; plan and dispatch accordingly.
• Track drivers, loads, and receivers to keep dispatching on plan; coordinate backhauls in dedicated environments.
• Monitor Hours of Service for dispatching and compliance.
