Jimerson Birr, P.A. is seeking a Legal Recruiter to build and own the firm's talent ecosystem. This senior role drives legal talent acquisition with broad latitude to shape strategy, manage a robust candidate pipeline, and partner with partners and hiring managers across the firm.

You will lead outreach to law schools and networks, oversee posting strategies, and coordinate end-to-end interviews. Remote- USA with ongoing collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of executive-level recruitment experience.
• 2–3 years of stakeholder management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A growth mindset and a competitive drive.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a recruiting strategy keeping 7–12 qualified legal candidates in pipeline.
• Own outreach to law schools, trade associations, and professional networks.
• Track pipeline metrics and refine sourcing mix to stay ahead of growth.
• Conduct quarterly staffing analyses with attorney group leaders.
• Translate intelligence into recruiting roadmaps for key stakeholders.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with hiring managers and align on requirements.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Screen, advance candidates, and coordinate the interview process.
• Close loop with offers, background checks, and onboarding.
