The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in legal marketing and directory submissions, with strong writing and project management skills. The position offers a salary range of $180,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of legal marketing, BD, or directory submission experience strongly preferred.
• In-depth familiarity with Chambers, Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation, IFLR methodologies.
• Exceptional writer capable of turning complex matters into clear narratives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Firm’s directories content strategy for brand recognition.
• Own STB’s full directory calendar including deadlines and submissions.
• Partner with STB partners and leaders to develop matter narratives.
