You will partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts, establish governance routines, and ensure programs are scalable and integrated into the flow of work, measuring impact with formal methods.

Qualifications

  • Six or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and understand strategy and performance priorities.
  • Lead discovery to identify performance gaps and inform learning solutions.
  • Translate insights into structured learning journeys and scalable programs.
  • Define governance, measurement, and impact to sustain initiatives.
