Qualifications

• MD in a health or life sciences discipline is required.
• 8–10 years in pharma/biotech drug safety or pharmacovigilance with at least 4 years in leadership.
• Experience leading safety strategy for clinical programs and involvement with regulatory safety reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead pharmacovigilance strategies for development programs.
• Lead ongoing safety surveillance including adverse-event data review.
• Direct signal detection, assessment, and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee safety content in clinical and regulatory documents and safety-management plans.
• Provide evidence-based benefit-risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Represent Safety and Pharmacovigilance on cross-functional development teams.
• Oversee pharmacovigilance vendors and external partners.
• Support inspections, training, and continuous process improvement.
