Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Senior Director to lead Resource Planning and Operations Analytics, overseeing Workforce Management and Analytics functions. This role shapes long-range forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, and performance reporting to drive service, quality, and financial outcomes.

Leading Directors, you will align workforce strategy with enterprise goals, deliver actionable insights, and steer investment in analytics, technology, and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a quantitative or operational field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in workforce management, resource planning, analytics, or BI.
• 8+ years in people leadership, managing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead Directors and managers to build capability and accountability.
• Direct forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and capacity plans to meet demand and budget.
