The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in finance or a related field, utility ratemaking experience, and strong analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field.
• Utility ratemaking experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all rate-making activities for assigned jurisdictions.
• Serve as lead witness in regulatory proceedings and provide testimony.
• Develop regulatory recovery strategies and manage large projects.
