• Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) are mandatory for competitive applicants.
• ECQ 1-5 cover commitment to law, efficiency, merit, leading people and achieving results.
• Technical Qualifications (TQs) mandatory: experience directing atomic energy act, waste isolation, nuclear waste policy act and/or Clean Air Act regulations for radiation and indoor air; related programs.
• One year of specialized experience at a level close to the work, plus leadership evidence for SES entry.
