Alliant Energy is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Portfolio Management to lead the strategic development and execution of a multi-billion-dollar capital program across multiple states. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of technical/professional experience with 10+ years in management.
• Experience advising executive management and leading large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure portfolio.
• Set strategy, governance, and execution standards for major programs.
• Develop high-performing teams across planning, permitting, engineering, and delivery.
• Oversee budget development, cost controls, and governance for programs.
• Secure regulatory approvals and coordinate with regulators, boards, and stakeholders.
• Drive project controls, scheduling, and enterprise risk management.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate investment opportunities and priorities.
• Represent the company in internal/external forums with clarity and credibility.
• Analyze future opportunities in power resources and asset management.
• Support values and purpose and contribute to a culture of safety and belonging.
