Qualifications

15+ years in banking, capital markets, financial regulation or enterprise risk management.
Experience leading regulatory programs, governance initiatives, or risk transformation efforts in a large institution.
Strong knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and global regulatory frameworks affecting wholesale banking and capital markets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Monitor regulatory developments from major banking regulators and industry standard setters.
Advise executive stakeholders on regulatory priorities, implementation challenges, and strategic responses.
Lead enterprise-wide regulatory initiatives from planning through implementation.
Partner across risk, finance, compliance, and business functions to deliver regulatory change programs.
Establish governance structures and operating models to support regulatory commitments.
Oversee governance processes supporting regulatory examinations, reviews, and supervisory interactions.
