Job summary

The role oversees cohort planning, orientation, enrollment, and graduation processes, plus bridge programs and campus engagement to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dual credit partnerships or college-school collaborations.
• Ability to manage complex programs, evaluate processes and implement improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partnerships with K-12 districts, universities, employers, and community organizations to expand opportunities for students.
• Oversee planning for student cohorts, orientation, enrollment, and graduation processes; manage summer bridge programs and campus engagement.
• Align programs with policy, laws, and Dallas College goals; drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Support business goals by developing strategies, organizing resources, and influencing stakeholders to achieve the mission.
