Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Early Phase Risk and Compliance to lead Risk and Compliance Leads supporting Early Phase Clinical Units. The role focuses on risk management oversight, quality support for trials, and regulatory compliance across EPCUs, with hybrid work and travel up to 10%.

The Manager will partner with senior leadership, ensure adherence to Parexel standards, and drive continuous improvements in the Quality Management System and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Risk and Compliance Leads and drive departmental goals.
• Oversee risk management for EPCUs and clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Prepare for sponsor audits and regulatory inspections with QA support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as ARCL when assigned.
• Mentor and develop EPRCM staff and provide feedback.
