Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Biostatistics to lead the Early Development Oncology Biostatistics group. You will shape statistical strategy, ensure scientific quality, and drive timely deliverables across the EDO portfolio, including analysis plans, simulations, and regulatory submissions.

The role requires leadership of a global team, expertise in biomarkers, PK/PD analyses, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to advance program decisions and PoC outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics or Biostatistics required.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 4+ years supervisory experience.
• 4+ years Early Phase Clinical Development experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic statistical leadership for Early Phase Oncology and POC decisions.
• Lead development of robust statistical plans, designs, and analyses for EDO portfolio.
• Represent Biostatistics in regulatory interactions and cross-functional teams.
