Job summary

Vor Bio seeks an Associate Director to lead Drug Product Technical Operations across the external manufacturing network. You’ll own end-to-end drug product development from late-stage development to commercialization, guiding strategy, technology transfer, aseptic fill-finish, validation, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate across Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Clinical teams to ensure readiness for regulatory submissions, inspections, and commercial launches; manage external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience leading drug product development and manufacturing in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for drug product development and manufacturing across formulation, aseptic fill-finish, and packaging.
• Lead external manufacturing campaigns and ensure readiness, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Define and execute Drug Product CMC strategy for development and commercialization.
• Develop and implement validation strategies, including process validation and lifecycle management.
• Lead technology transfers, scale-up, and post-approval changes with external partners.
• Own Drug Product timelines, risks, and deliverables with integrated planning and governance.
