FVI School of Nursing & Technology is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Learning for the Miami/Miramar campus. This role provides strategic leadership, oversight, and hands-on management of clinical education across nursing programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective student experiences.

The position collaborates with academic leaders, faculty, clinical partners, and regulatory agencies to align with accreditation standards and best practices in nursing education.

Qualifications

MSN degree required with active RN license.
Experience leading clinical learning programs and teams.
Knowledge of nursing accreditation, regulatory requirements, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational management of all clinical education activities.
Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty, clinical partners, and regulators to ensure alignment with standards.
Oversee clinical placement strategy, faculty support, student readiness, and continuous improvement of learning environments.
