Qualifications

• 10 years experience in a health plan, health system or provider org; ACO/managed-care experience preferred.
• Strong Medicaid product knowledge, provider engagement, regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing people and teams; matrixed environment experience helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic alignment and performance management of complex provider relationships.
• Lead Medicaid value-based care initiatives and contracting strategies.
• Supervise VBS Provider Performance team members and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with clinical, financial, and analytical teams for optimal outcomes.
• Monitor contract performance against financial and clinical targets using data.
• Develop training plans and share best practices across the department.
