Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Lead Data & AI Platform Architect to shape target state architectures for scalable data platforms, with a focus on Generative AI and ML. You will guide technology strategy and build reference implementations that balance performance, cost, and security.

You will work with Snowflake, Databricks, Dremio, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other cloud AI tools, while ensuring governance and compliance. Strong collaboration with engineers and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise-scale data architecture and engineering.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Dremio, LLM orchestration and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on with domain‑driven and event‑driven patterns; data mesh/lakehouse familiarity.
• Proficient in Python, Spark; deployment of LLMs via cloud providers.
• Ability to define and deliver scalable data strategies with a focus on performance and security.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influence across tech and business teams.
• Commitment to governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
