Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or closely related field.
• Experience in negotiating labor agreements and contract administration.
• Knowledge of public sector labor law and arbitration processes.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with unions.
• Lead and develop the Labor Relations team and coordinate with other divisions.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on labor relations matters.
• Develop metrics to evaluate service delivery and staffing needs.
• Represent the District in arbitration and formal proceedings.
