Job summary

This role operates under the seller/doer model and serves as the primary point of contact for clients within their assigned region. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction and excellent communication skills.

The position requires proactive engagement, coordination throughout the project lifecycle, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction, project management, or business development.
• Knowledge of estimating, bid development, and preconstruction processes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
