Responsibilities include leading seminars, developing scenarios, coordinating with mission partners, and delivering after-action insights to improve future events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, planning, and leading seminars, tabletop exercises, or wargames.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and lead seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, and similar events.
• Develop exercise concepts, scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and mission partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise on joint operations and exercise development.
• Analyze outcomes and deliver after-action recommendations.
• Support USSTRATCOM-related mission areas and broader strategic initiatives.
